We ship all our our packages via the United States Postal Service. USPS offers 2 methods of shipping. Priority Mail (3-5 days) and Express Mail (1-2 days). When we ship, if you have provided us with a valid email address, we will email you a tracking number that you can look up at www.usps.com.

We'll have no problem shipping to you if you live in Hawaii or Alaska or if you are shipping to an APO or FPO. We will ship anywhere in the world, however our shopping cart may not be able to add the correct shipping charge. If you are an overseas customer, we will email you what you can expect to pay for shipping after you order.

Our goal is to ship to you the same day you order a pair of Trammel Golf Boots. 

 

 


  

To minimize returns, we will provide you with sizing information. The Trammel's run a little large compared to your regular shoes. If you need to return them for any reason, we will accept your return IF the boots can be resold as new. In other words, do not wear them for a round or two, then return them. We cannot accept your return. As soon as you get them, try them on in the house, on the carpet. If they don't fit and you want an exchange, send us an email. We'll make arrangements to have new pair shipped to you and pay for the others shipped back to us. In the unlikely event you simply want a refund, the shipping will be left up to you. Email us first to get a return number and make sure the package shipped backed to us is sent back with a tracking number so we can verify who signed for it.
